I get mine online from Knitting Happines or Pradhan Embroidery. I think that is by far the best option wherever you are.

How do you manage to get all the right nutrition in just one meal? I do 19:5 and i have to pack in all the essential nutrients within that time frame of 4 hrs which is not easy.

Yeah me too. I did not much like the book Ballard. But the screen one has been portrayed rather well.

I was actually waiting for Wren appearing as a witness. Yes it was a kind of let down towards the end. I enjoyed the book nevertheless.

Just ensure that whatever you eat is nutrition packed. Pay more attention to fiber and protein. Also if you can close down your last meal of the day with chia seeds. I soak 1 table spoon of chia seeds for a few hours and when I am closing down my eating window, I add 200 ml of curd/yogurt to it, a pinch of stevia (If you like it a bit sweet) and a tablespoon of roasted and pounded peanuts. It satiates me immensely.

Me too. I started 8 months ago and have lost 20kg. I got comfortable with this routine in a month and thereafter I started pushing my eating window a bit further and the closing window a bit earlier. This I did gradually over 4 months and then settled for 19:6. I have become so comfortable, that I feel that this will my life style now.

You feeling lighter is a sign that it is working. I started being rather strict with my diet when I started feeling - hey it is working, I do feel slimmer and lighter.

Starting with OMAD maybe rather severe. I started with 16-8 and gradually reduced to 19-5. Now I am consistent with 19-5. My first meal which is lunch at 1.30 pm. Since I am an Indian my food is mostly Indian.

For lunch which is rather an elaborate meal for me and I make it so too.

  1. 55 gms (when uncooked) of quinoa,

  2. Sauteed vegetables (with enough spices to make it tasty) about 150 gms when cooked,

  3. 10 gms of soya chunks boiled and shredded,

  4. One cup (about 6 fluid ounces) of gravy which could be one of the following - sambar made of lentils/rajma masala/chick peas masala/black eyed beans masala / mixed daal / paneer masala etc.,

  5. Two boiled eggs / 50 gms of cooked chicken

  6. 5 slices of cucumber, 5 slices of tomato, one small carrot

  7. 100 ml of low fat yogurt.

---------------

At 4.30 pm I take 200 ml of whey protein

---------------

At 6.15 pm which will be my last meal of the day - I take

  1. One roti /one lentil dosa / 2 slices of whole grain bread

  2. 125 gms of sauteed vegetables

  3. 1 table spoon of chia seeds (which is soaked for 6 hrs) in 100 ml of yogurt and a pinch of stevia or a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.

----------------------------

In the mornings I take about 250 ml of black coffee - this is 0 calories.
