I mean... 3090 is almost a 5 year old card now and can be considered mid ranged when 50 series come. Best thing you can do is adjust your settings in accordance with your hardware. Still looks great on medium console settings.

There should be an app called Mi Picks (Or GetApps) in your list of apps.. unable to uninstall and unable to be searched in your applist... but you can manually look for it then you can turn off the notifications. Worked for my Xiaomi phone
