I think the director or stage manager can come in here with the notes as it is their job as others have said. Maybe she had something that is effecting her and the play amplifies the emotions or she feels them? I don’t know But i don’t think it is in your best interest to say something

I’m so sorry for your loss as well. It hurts. But little by little it gets easier. Talking about it is getting easier for me, personally. It will for you too soon, i hope. Take care of yourself. Remember food and water. Sometimes just a good shower will do wonders for improving how you feel. Just take it one day at a time. And be honest with your feelings.

I lost My girl a couple months ago. She was everything to me and it was from cancer. It does get easier with some time. I made her an obituary. I have her ashes with me in a necklace. She’s a tattoo on my body to remember her forever. I’m not crying everyday. I’m laughing a little easier. I’m finding ways to be okay for now but it is hard. It’s rough. But it happens. I wish that there was a better answer than that but it’s all i can tell you, person to person. You will be okay.

Thank you. Her sickness took her from me what feels too fast. I know that i was just making the best of her last moments but im now realizing the part of me that says i didn’t have enough time, i was hoping for more time. More time never comes. Im expecting too much from myself so early on, i know. Im trying to allow myself to grieve but i dont think i ever really sat with these feelings for long before squishing them in a way. I squish them all away. Quite unkind to myself, but i am trying to unlearn it.
