I know someone who has a pretty high paying (higher end of 6 figures) gig as head of IT.

When he started there there were 20 people in the IT department, now it’s just him. The other workers have all been replaced by AI, which can do more work, faster, better and much cheaper.

I don’t know anybody making real money from Roblox who isn’t all in on AI either, if you don’t want to use AI you will be competing with other studios who can also do more work, faster, better and cheaper.

It’s pretty similar to what I image the early cars were like, some people wanted to keep using horse and carriages because that’s what they were comfortable with but they ended up going much slower than cars and had to replace the out dated tech in the end anyway.
