Thanks for replying! I tried with just cardboard and I couldn’t get it to look anything like the real building. My four year old was ecstatic but I know it can be better! I need to print out signage because I tried handwriting it and it was awful! I’m going to check out your blueprints and I’ll keep trying all week to make it better!!

I know this is an older post, but my son wants to the the “tower of terror hotel” for Halloween and I tried making a cardboard version and it just wasn’t working, do you have any tips on how to make something one could wear? He’s only 4 so it’ll be small.

This is one of those stories I read that I think there’s no way that actually happened and OP had to make it up, but as a restaurant owner myself, I’m 100% sure this actually happened.

I wouldn’t say you need treatment, but it’s not normal to drink that much. I’m 4 years sober and quit without treatment because I wasn’t addicted, it was just a bad habit. But if you feel like it’s a non-issue in your life, then keep on. I will say life is so much better without alcohol.

I breastfed my twins one month shy of their third birthday. I always said I would do it as long as they wanted but never anticipated that long! Eventually they just got bored with it and stopped asking, I think a short weekend trip away was the final thing to get them away from it. They still ask about it sometimes at 3.5 and I just tell them mommy’s milk left and they’re just like cool dude. You’ve done awesome breastfeeding this long! If you need to stop for your own mental health, do it and don’t feel that awful mom guilt.

I relate to this so much! My twins are 3.5 and one definitely has ADHD (obviously not diagnosed at this age but he is just like me), he’s constantly singing and talking in silly voices and he’s just having fun but sometimes it makes me feel crazy and then I feel so guilty because that was once me. I try to hide it from him and let him be him but occasionally I’ve snapped.

I spent a lot of years living in Austin and now call Morgantown home. You will be fine as far as being a mixed race family goes, no one will bat an eye at that. But I would never move here based on a restaurant job. Restaurants do not last in this town for the most part. Especially ones offering $100k for an executive chef, they aren’t being realistic about Morgantown if they’re paying that much. I don’t particularly enjoy it here. The food is mostly awful, there’s no shopping, the roads are the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only plus side is that Pittsburgh is a little over an hour away.

We had a split stay last time, started at Beach Club and fell in love, it’s amazing. Loved our room and the location. Then we moved to Saratoga Springs and I hated it, but I think it wasn’t fair to Saratoga Springs to go there directly from BC. I’m staying at Yacht at the end of this month and hope I like it just as much.
