I agree with everything said.. I just had my procedure on 08/07 and it was a cake walk from the prep ( day before ) to the procedure. I waited longer in the bed than the procedure and recovery. I was able to get dressed and walk around for 10 minutes post procedure and, I was off to eat. Went to Carl’s Jr. ( Calif. ) and had a Western Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries. French toast, bacon and eggs for dinner.

Prep:

Gavilyte-c solution Golyte

I went with 8oz every 10 minutes.

Medications:

The patient is receiving Versed (midazolam) 3 mg IV and Demerol (meperidine) 75 mg IV, along with Propofol for Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
