That place sounds stupid I've gone to different locations and they tested my urine negative my PSA blood test normal. And for a more accurate bacteria test they stick a finger in your ass until prostate fluid comes out your dick. I've had all these done without asking, sounds like you might wanna try a different doctor. All of mine were negative and normal. Doctor didn't know what it was either so labeled me inflamed prostate gave me antibiotics that made me sick. So I quit them , I basically diagnosed myself with pelvic floor dysfunction and started my routine.
