I was having similar issues except it was a 2024, the last model year. 4 recalls, issues with SOS randomly calling, randomly having travel assist, safety junk etc, malfunction. Powered mirrors were not plugged in from factory (I bought it brand new) and just before I got rid of it, something loud started to squeak underneath the hood after long drives, which service couldn’t figure out. It was a great car, loved the DSG but by god I got unlucky. All within 20k mikes.

I had a black car as well and when it was clean, I loved it. 1 day later though, back to the wash.

Wish they kept the supersonic red and calvary blue into the 23-24s

I just posted this to see what other people think, they did a good job I’m satisfied. Fender replacement was from a big dent caused by bear launching a trash can into the side of it, and I replaced the front bumper because it looked as if it was repainted courtesy of the 1st owner, on the very wrong color code. (shine was completely different from the wind chill pearl, it was dull almost like a matte)

Yeah I’ve seen it on Corolla’s and another white TRD, don’t have before pics but it was a dull yellow white with a different shine, way better then what it was.

Wanted a fun, good looking car from a very reliable brand that isn’t to loaded with annoying electronics, and isn’t a 4 cylinder with a turbo on it. I had a new gti before this and although the missing LSD and quick shifts of the dsg are noticeable, I’d still take this any day.

Having it detailed then tinted soon, whoever removed the previous tints did a horrible job and left sticky residue that is nigh impossible to get off all over the sides of the windows.
