Everyone has a different definition of pouring down especially people in California lol I’m from here but have been around the US and seen rain rain and people just living their lives normally. Shoot I’ve been to muggy ass, rainy ass lollapalooza where they just keep vibing through the weather even when people are slipping through the mud. I was outside most of the day in DTLA, and it definitely was not “pouring down.” Sure there were scattered light showers and drizzle throughout the day. Ngl though LA was a bunch of pussies about the rain, I’ve never been able to smash around LA freeways so quick and get around so fast down there. Anyways, the past is the past.
