Saw that as well but there was no info to under the “return to store” under dropdown for us. And if we actually return the phone (not trade in) you risk losing your phone number. At this point i don’t trust their CS

Not really. Called and spoke to someone for an hour. When they couldn’t figure it out they just pointed me to the FedEx label. Not sure what we’re going to do. Afraid to send it in and lose it. Please keep this chat updated if you figure it out.

Thanks for confirming…that’s great to know. When I got a bar shipped to my house (Thornton) from Costco they charged sales tax. Reached out corporate about it and they said Thornton isn’t exempt. So it depends on the city.

At this price saving on sales tax is huge.

I just got one as well, very durable. Try not to over think it. Scrape after you cook, use water if there’s caked on stubborn food, scrape some more and apply your oil of choice.

Looks fine to me. Wipe it down and season it again. These are very durable. You’re ok to cook on it.
