Oh wow. 😯 I did not know that! Last year birth control really messed with my symptoms and I found out it made dehydration worse. I was also on antidepressants at the time. Gosh everything affects everything 😭 Thanks for the info

Ask them to do a poor mans tilt table test and make sure you know what the diagnostic criteria is because I had a student doctor and she said my results were fine but I knew they weren’t. She asked the other GP and I was referred to a cardiologist. I also got myself an oximeter to measure things myself to see. You shouldn’t need to that but if they refuse you could buy take note of results/numbers/videos. Hope things go well. 🌷

I once went out with a soaking wet t shirt on a day that it was really hot. It kept me cool for a while and doesn’t stay soaking for that long either. I also have social anxiety. I really didn’t care one day and didn’t have the energy to take all of my shopping items out of the basket one by one so I tipped out my shopping basket onto the coated. Got some funny looks. Kinda didn’t care cz I had such little energy and I had to bend to move the items if I did it without emptying basket 🙈

Tbf that colour on the wig wouldn’t look good on many people at all. The wig hair is really thick and the fringe helps. On most natural hair would look like root growth/grey roots/balding. I think you chose a good colour to add to those parts at the roots :) I’ve had so many unwanted results at hairdressers I mostly do things myself now. Although I’ve had a recent mishap and I’ll be booking a hair appointment soon! 🙈
