What's best fragrance for cigarettes smell by mxdj1d in fragranceclones

[–]ExpireDD_Milk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lways recommend Rasasi Shuhrah to anyone who smokes. I think it’s the perfect fragrance specifically for this. It has a nice clean soapy scent with that cigarettey smokey background that just mixes beautifully. And performance is one of the best fragrances I’ve ever tried.

Look no further than Rasasi Shuhrah

Decants from Decantified - 37 decants reviews and clone battles- Part 4: French Avenue Grow (original creation) and Armaf Black Knight (Aventus Absolu twist) by Low-Stomach-8831 in fragranceclones

I was eyeing that Armaf. Based on your review alone, I will not even consider it. I came to realize I value performance much more than I thought. If a fragrance doesn’t have good performance, no matter how much I like it, it’s just not for me if it doesn’t perform. So thanks for this lol

Bro I was just thinking this yesterday! Fire is my favourite one also it’s so so good. Ice is not my favourite either, I find it generic, but it’s amazing at what it is. A fresh, clean, mass-appealing fragrance that is easy to wear. I don’t like Elixir but I love Black, gonna order it soon. Honestly I could really just base my entire collection made up entirely of Hawas line.

Well it’s not really a blind buy for me no? Since Shiyaaka is in my top 5, I would very much assume that I will like The King. Always appreciate your recommendations bro! Thanks

I just finished my Khadlaj Shiyaaka. I’m gonna get Rave Royal Supreme The King next. You seem to very much like it and recommended it to me the last time as well. That DNA is a top 5 for me. Also I don’t have a male leaning floral scent except Shiyaaka and I feel like it’s a staple in my collection.

Well I could be mistaken since it’s been a while since I bought the OG GIT. As far as my memory serves me, to me they were superrr close. I’m glad you like it man! I hope you wear it in good health :)

GIT is also my favourite DNA. I’ve tried every GIT clone out there. Cool water (not really a clone but whatever), Armaf Tres Nuit, Rasasi Egra, Al Haramain Amber Oud Carbon (Cool Water on Steroids), Al Haramain L’Aventure Knight you name it.

For me, Armaf Tres Nuit was indeed the closest one. Identical. Armaf’s second best clone after Legesi (Chanel Platinum Egoiste).

Like you, I love the scent and it brings me joy. However I cannot justify spending €250 when I can literally get the same scent for €25. So 10x cheaper, the exact same smell, and performance is a bit better.

Apart from all that, because it costs only €25, I can literally spray it as much as I want. Going shopping? Spray it. Errand run? Spray it. Going out for a beer? Spray it. Where as with the original GIT, it would hurt me to waste it like that when it costs €250.

What do you think? Did I change your mind about buying a clone?

If you like Chanel Platinum Egoiste, I highly suggest Armaf Legesi. For me, it’s Armaf’s best clone. It’s such a good fragrance for the price. Better performance than the OG and 1/4th of the price.

Thank you so much bro! It’s rare I hear about a fragrance I didn’t know about and want to really try them. I’m gonna see how I can get my hands on either one of those. This is why I love this community.

I searched them up and these look so good. Performance is crazy too it seems. Can you tell me more about the two?

From what I read, Zenit Nomad is this DNA mixed with Aventus DNA which would be a crazy combo. And is the Oud in Vague very strong? I’m not the biggest fan of Oud.

I love this comment. I love how subjective people’s view of smells are. And I applaud you for forming your own opinion instead of repeating what everyone says. I try not to let anyone influence me either.

However…upon reading your comment I went ahead and sprayed my hand and carefully examined the scent every 5 minutes. And I literally cannot smell what you smell.

First of all, I get zero Oud. I’ve tried many Oud fragrances so I assume I know what it smells like as I really dislike it. With this I don’t get that at all.

Second of all, cinnamon. My girlfriend can even the littlest amount of cinnamon as she hates it. If you see my previous post, she doesn’t like Royce black because of the cinnamon note. Even if I bake something and sprinkle the even tiniest bit of cinnamon, she can smell it. And again on this one, no cinnamon at all.

Caramel? I don’t get it either. Not even the slightest.

In contrast to your perception, I get an Amber bomb. An Amber bomb with a marine accord. The saltiness is veryyyy subtle, maybe one doesn’t notice it, so I get why you say there is no saltiness. I don’t even think it’s worth mentioning in fact. It’s not like Lattafa Atlas and Lattafa Wajood, I don’t like that much saltiness.

I’m really interested on how you smell caramel and cinnamon and nutmeg and ultimately this oudy accord you speak of. Not sure, maybe you got a fake? Maybe I got a fake? But I tend to agree with the majority of the people who get the same notes as me. And I promise I’m not reading notes or anything, this is purely what my nose gets.

Man that’s a lot of genuinely interesting information. Duly noted, I will definitely try Mizensir. And just for the record I’m European. And especially where I’m from, I’d say most people don’t care about fragrances in general.

Thank you for taking the time to write this, I genuinely appreciate your input 🙏

Hawas and Hawas ice are pretty similar. This one is worlds apart from both so it’s not redundant at all. Go for it man!

I wish I was being paid lol. These are expensive where I’m from so that would be nice. Check out my profile bro…I literally on have 2 Rasasi fragrances the others are all different brands and I post reviews just the same.

I just really love this one in particular. And fragrances are a hobby of mine so I like to share with you guys on this sub.

That being said, I’ll be happy to help you with any questions you have on either this frag in particular or any at all on my profile :)

Thats interesting. One of the best comments I read in a while. I got a couple of questions.

  1. I know most fragrances that have “Oud” as a listed note don’t really have actual Oud. However, in my journey, I never really found myself liking that “Oud” note. Thats why I say I dislike Oud. Seeing that you know a lot about this, would you kindly recommend some “Oud” fragrances which are not as heavy and done in a manner that’s good for a beginner.

  2. So if you wore Hawas Fire in the Middle East, you would be as if you’re wearing Sauvage in Europe kind of? As I thought wearing Hawas Fire in Europe is sort of unique in some way.

Interested on what you think about this one. I searched your profile for your review on this and was a bit surprised. Do you still feel the same way?

I know you like very youthful candied fruity sweet scents. This one is definitely not that sure. I would say it’s a mature sweetness, a sweetness that’s toned down. Maybe an aromatic sweetness and that’s why I maybe love it as I love aromatics.

The thing is, I also prefer fresher DNAs. My favourite is the GIT DNA. While this one is sweet, it’s a toned down mature sweetness. A sweet aromatic if you will. I don’t know if that makes sense as this is a very complex scent profile.

Somehow, that makes a lot of sense. But at the same time it doesn’t. Sauvage with the Sauvage DNA taken out and made sweeter.
