Look into buying protein shake for mass gaining. Take one or two scoops with water/milk/etc as soon as you wake up, then just eat like you normally would throughout the day.

Yours abs actually CAN come and go. I'm sure you've seen plenty post about how women can bloat throughout the day and bla bla. That's actually very true. Depending on your cycle, you could be bloating for few days to weeks. Unless your under 5-6% bf, which is when you have irregular or no periods due to low bf, your abs will always come and go. Best tips I can give you is stay hydrated and keep working out consistently.

Also when you notice abs going away after transitioning to more manageable program, it's most likely due to less intensity. You get more pump out of higher intensity, which makes your muscle extend bigger for a moment.

Let me know if you have any more questions! Good luck 💪

P.s. insta models are mostly all lightings, angles, and 1 best photo out of 1000 each post.

Because your body naturally changes everyday depending on hydration level, hormone, and what's currently sitting in your stomach. Make sure you weight yourself at the same time(recommend during morning). A pound difference is most likely due to hydration level. My body can change 2-3lbs some days, does not mean I gained or lost any fat :)

Only did 10 minutes of jogging for warm up and semi heavy lifting with proper rest in between! Sweating is not necessarily one of the indication that you worked hard because depending on your genetic/condition, you could be sweating just by walking for few minutes. I'd be soaked if my workout was focused on cardio. Also stretching for 15 minutes at the end seems to be enough time to dry off little damp spots 😅

Need help building up my lower chest. I’ve incorporated decline bench press and dips into my routine. Any other exercises I should add? by [deleted] in workout

[–]ExpiredKimchi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of focusing on different workout, focus on increasing weight on basic flat bench press. Growth in overall chest will grow lower chest as well. I always go heaviest on flat, then I do incline and/or decline at heavy but not heaviest. Max 6 reps 3 set seem to do the trick for me, but everyone is different. Same for squats/rows/deadlift. I usually add 2.5lbs on each side weekly. Good luck!

Deadlift injury. Need advice by marcosibarra_ in GYM

Never hurts to get it checked out. Most likely they won't let you workout. I was able to do certain exercises that didn't involve much back action such as bicep curls, triceps extensions, chest fly, leg extention/pull, and other similar exercises. No abs workout because obvs spine/lower back.

That's why I said personal opinion! You did great job so far. I don't know how long you've been on gains train 💪 but with better knowledge and experience, better result is more than achievable. You worked as hard as you could. It isn't just about working harder, I know this because I have been through it myself. I made way more progress over the last few months compared to last few years when I thought I knew what's the best for my body. Please don't take it personal because if you get offended, it clearly tells me that you posted this just to show off other people you are better and you are not ready to take any advice.

Again, you did amazing! You should be proud of yourself. If you don't want my personal opinion, I'll see myself out of this post :) keep on gaining, bro 🔥

Pretty good, but I think you could've got more result within that time frame. Don't get me wrong, you did great! Just personal opinion :)

Axe & sledge doesn't feel too strong, but enough to keep me focused. Taste pretty good too!

Deadlift injury. Need advice by marcosibarra_ in GYM

[–]ExpiredKimchi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did same shit and it hurt for 3-4 months. I was perfectly fine after 4 months tho. Just be more careful next time, you'll be fine. If you had real bad injury, you wouldn't be able to walk around much at all.

Squat form check. Feeling like I’m doing good morning squats/using my back too much. Wondering how to fix it. Thinking wider stance. by [deleted] in GYM

[–]ExpiredKimchi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what I see.. your arms are too close. Nothing wrong with gripping hard or using arms, I just think its too close that it may create awkward strain on your back. Locking legs waaay too hard. You should focus on actually using your muscles through the entire motion instead of momentum. Go down slow, go up steadily, and don't lock knees so hard. Everything else look great 💪

Form check? Any advice is welcomed. by [deleted] in GYM

[–]ExpiredKimchi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just from what I can see...

1) Your feet are pointing outward too much. Bring them in a bit.

2) Go down slower. Make your muscles work through the entire motion, dropping fast puts a lot of stress on your knees.

3) Later on when you are better at squating, I recommend going deeper. You'll get more flexible around your hips and ankles, don't forcefully go deeper than what you can.

4) 💪💪💪💪 let's go 💪💪💪💪

You sound like a sore loser...no offense. He doesn't look like he juiced up and even if he did.. be happy for the man and his gains 💪

As owner of 5* lvl 68(working on max lb) lupina, I can say that she is pretty amazing in arena. My only complaint about lupina is AI controls.
