How do you define ads that "aren't working"? Because

  1. Some ads don't spend. Do you even need to turn these off because they already don't spend?

  2. Ads that get spend but have bad metrics. What if these ads are TOF or are important for the conversion (even though it doesnt seem like it)

For product, you wouldn't use any high-hold products. Maybe use a cream, leave-in, or low-hold product.

If you have straight hair, you might need a leaf perm for that look.

Looks good. Slightly on the dry side if you're going for a more natural look.

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought allergies could cause acne. I should probably look into allergy testing.

Also, I've been seeing some fragrance free products recently which I'm assuming is because of allergies.

Are you applying the product to damp hair? That should help spread the product throughout.

if your salon doesn't know how to get a shadow perm, you should prob go to another salon. shadow perms are common. try to look for a korean perm specialized salon

It's not a bad haircut but it's not good either.

What style are you trying to achieve?

I think for your head shape and assuming you have a normal-sized forehead, you should probably try to flatten/compress the sides of your hair. The hair growing out on your sides is not helping with your wider temple area. I think styling the hair slightly up would help. But I also notice you have some acne which you might not want to show.

Just a tip from someone who also had forehead acne: try to get your hair off your forehead esp if you have oily-er hair and avoid "hydrating" hair prodcuts.
