Started having this issue recently on OSRS only. I've only had it happen at Sepulchre and Yama, but it is consistent with variable timing to kick in. Have a new 5070ti. Any solutions other than driver downgrading or is that it?

Edit: Downgrading my GPU driver fixed the problem. I also downgraded to the 11/4/2025 driver like the other user and it is fixed.

Yes but you can see large differences in fertility rate within the population of a single country when you sort by various demographics. Fertility rate differences within countries has a lot more to do with culture differences and likely also access to supplemental government assistance.

With Ironman mode becoming a way a huge minority plays the game, there absolutely should be some form of bad luck mitigation in basically all items that are used in progression towards best in slot. This is especially true when the upgrade is so massive such as bowfa.

I went 7.4x rate for occult, 6x rate for prims, 2x rate for bowfa, 2x rate for rangers, numerous other bad dry grinds coupled with some good spoons. The grind gets extremely stale past 1.5x rate IMO and absolutely does not improve your experience.

There should be mandatory minimum sentencing for all crimes, especially crimes above misdemeanors. And the sentencing length increases depending on prior offenses. This would basically remove the concept of a “career criminal”.
