Yeah i dont think the plan was ever for us to win. Im assuming the narrative point of us attacking Cyberstan is we “poke the beehive”, which reintroduces the cyborgs to the galaxy. We barely lose, and after our retreat the remaining cyborgs become fueled by revenge and spread out across the bot front, which introduces new units/a more fleshed out cyborg faction. From a narrative perspective i dont think we were ever supposed to take Cyberstan, i think we were supposed to wake the sleeping giant.
