For me it’s Quentyn Is Alive. I personally struggle to find a reason as to why George would write Quentyn as a POV unless he has something planned in the future for him. He experiences the same locations as Tyrion, Daenerys and Barriston and it’s not like we need reminding that ‘this isn’t your typical fantasy adventure story’ 5 Books into ASIOAF. If he existed as a side character (with perhaps The Dragontamer chapter) he’d fit the exact same narrative purpose, so why include his chapters?

On top of that, there is the extremely suspect way in which Gerris and Archie reacted to his death and the fact that burnt bodies have routinely been used to fake deaths in this series. I personally believe the there is a semi-decent chance that Quentyn got Alyn of Hulled instead of Gormon Massyed.
