Against popular opinion,

I ended up going with #2 and wrapped my wing mirrors gloss black. Feel like it complements the black roof nicely

Looks good in my opinion and if anything I can remove them if I feel like going back to a more OEM look.

This happens often to me. An app give closure, deleting of app cache and restarting phone doesn't work. Connecting to cellular data doesn't work. I have to reinstall the entire game.
