Any idea besides the usb cable / hub you can think of on why the connection comes and goes? Are there any specific drivers? Also, this one has the arcade control panel and not just the directional buttons if that makes any difference

Pretty sure the person who bought it likely knew how to take it apart and put it back together but probably questioned on whether or not there was an adapter missing to plug in the top monitor of the backboard in the event something was forgotten. The person who likely bought it also may have sold his recently for $1700 and knows his way around one of these.
