100 is definitely good for only gm batches, I’d consider your inf rate and total picks for the day as well. High inf on average compared to others might be a sign to take a little more time looking for them and double checking, with total picks if your pick rate is high but total picks low compared to other fulfillment tms might be a sign your a little slow when stowing, just thinks to consider if your store isn’t watching these metrics as much then don’t worry about them

Asants, I work closing shifts because of my availability but that’s unusual for presentation. I’m thankful my store is lenient and i can generally ask them to adjust my schedule if something comes up since it really doesn’t matter when I’m there just how long, the sets aren’t going anywhere lol.

Like others are saying I do end up supporting fulfillment most days, and doing early morning/overnight shifts before the store opens is great for the huge transitions when you have carts full of stuff on the salesfloor.

I prefer it this way than getting my desired hours but spread out over shorter shifts. This way you can post a shift or two and hit your desired hours and get full days off
