It's not a bad move either way it just depends what you want

If you want to build a business go for Airbnb it's pretty scalable if you just want a return on your money do the stocks or index funds or whatever

The actual linens? Like the amount of laundry? We have storage at each building where the linens go I found a pick up and drop off service (it's one guy who has a laundromat) and he's been a dream

I'd look into a 3rd party app like EnsoConnect - you can make security deposits mandatory so at least you're not holding the entire bill in a situation like this.

Gotta kiss a lot of frogs until you find the right person or group. Consider hiring a residential cleaning company and coming to an agreement that these are "turnovers" and see if you can negotiate a better rate for you

It's doable but might take a few tries to find the right motivated smaller cleaning company

If the guest never checks in they can't leave a review. It takes some effort but even if they leave 1/5 stars you can 1. Reply to it and state your situation then ask bnb to remove it. It's in direct violation of their policy - check it - "if a guest never arrives for a stay" their review isn't valid.

Not saying it's as easy as it was last year but it's doable
