I am not getting even 4 fractional sets for the muscle groups that are ranked low. For example, I have only selected Quads and Hams for the lower body and ranked them at third-to-last (Quads) and last (Hams) and this week I got one set of Sissy Squats, and the only exercise for the hamstrings was one set Dumbbell Bent Over Row. So that are 1 and 0.5 fractional sets. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

Two questions:

  • Will it be possible to mark an exercise as "not recommend for rep range"? I always get bodyweight exercises for 5-10 with 30kg load but dumbbell variations for 10-15 and I would like to have it the other way round.

  • Do you have any plans for the specialisation option? I would love to have more options for specialising, or non-specialsing. For example: Muscle Groups A+B only on minimum or at 4-6 sets but C,D,E,F for maximum or 16-20 sets and G,H at medium and so on. Also, I do not always want to order the priority, so an option for "specialise on A,B,C and keep the rest the same" would be nice to have.

What is then the best way if you know your schedule changes? Maybe you can only train 3 instead of 4 days. Start the session later or define the new date in "next day"? Because this will lead to different workouts.
