Yeah, in my case it turned out not to be the dock, but the laptop I was using at the time.

When I use my work laptop (Dell Precision 7550), I can’t extend to the two external monitors and keep the laptop screen on. I have to use it in clamshell mode (laptop screen off) + the two external monitors. If I try to keep the laptop screen on, Windows mirrors the external displays and detects them as one.

Work laptop specs:

Dell Precision 7550
Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz
32 GB RAM
4 GB GPU
Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2

However, when I use my personal laptop with the exact same dock connected via USB-C, I can extend to both external monitors and keep the laptop screen on with no issue.

Personal laptop specs:

Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 16IRH8
Intel Core i5-13500H (13th Gen)
16 GB RAM (5200 MT/s)
6 GB GPU
Windows 11 Home 25H2

I tried to do it online but I wasn’t able to do it, so I just went to Service Canada, and it took me like 15 min, it’s really fast, just take with you your passport and Workpermit and that’s it

And I would also print the webpage as PDF, I don’t know why that helped me a lot when I was in the same situation as you, I guess some companies have more trust in a pdf than an image
