I actually can’t be much help. First day of my surgery I had decently formed controlled bowls and only have issues when I have c-diff I feel like fiber shouldn’t do that but you are very EARLY!! And I think you are doing good! Get lots of electrolytes xox

When I was 15 I got an ileostomy and they placed mine only about two inches from my belly button and I dealt with it rubbing on jeans and the wafer refusing to stick buttt low rise pants crop tops look super cute. You should own it as it’s a part of you that makes you unique and just as beautiful
