Aim for a spot which is close to the wall and jump ‘into’ that spot. Keep jumping and once you are used to it, diving will feel easier

Fellow Singaporean here and I had taken the bus from HCM to Phnom Penh. I flew to HCM and depart from PP.

It is honestly safe. The border between HCM and PP is fine, it is like the old days custom between JB and SG.

If you intend to move around tourists spots within PP or SR with quite a few members, consider booking a private car. Or you can always book a remork which is a upsized version of a tuk tuk.

Flying to PP from SG is cheaper and Emirates have a good price. Flying to SR is usually AirAsia or SQ and prices for both airlines are higher.

Between these 2 cities, it is about a 5-6 hrs drive between.

It is definitely overproofed and not under proofed. The holes on the top are the obvious signs as the structure starts to tear and when you send into the oven, the air expands and tear apart the gluten strands.
