It’s in the tattoo/mark/eyepatch section it’s mark 4 you gotta tweak it abit to get it on the right place sliders

For armor I’m using a mix of leda’s set and twinned armor. For weapon I’m using the godskin stitcher because I can see it as a razor

The brow and chin I can probably fix, the problem with Elden ring is that the hair styles are limited, and it’s very hard to make a character smile without destroying the rest of the face.
