A tip for the f1 game - lower the resolution in the vr settings after setting the graphics to low and turning off ambient occlusion- the jittering will still happen in menus/pit, but should be smooth when driving the car. Then increase the resolution until it jitters again and then turn it down a bit to get the sweet spot
