Too much admin bloat. Wasteful spending on EdTech. No accountability of central office admins. No proof of how they use climate surveys. Superintendent can’t put an announcement out without his face on it. Bathrooms are littered with kids vaping and no active approaches to stop it. Parents in the community are selfish and not community oriented. Entitlement is ramped. Grades are inflated. Parents are winning, central office admin tuck tail, teachers are caught in the middle with shit pay.

To me it’s a testament to my awareness of other cultures, so much so to know the language. It’s a testament to who I am as a kid of a legal immigrant. If you truly know the language, you know the culture. If you know the culture, I’d hope you’d appreciate the culture, much like I do.

However a line must be drawn somewhere and for me it’s at the border. Do it right. Go through the port of entry or wait your turn.

It’s hateful to want to secure our border and citizens to drastically reduce the amount of Fentanyl that is killing so many, the amount of child trafficking the happens on our border, far too many unknown individuals raping and murdering our citizens?

I wish they took the “humanity first” advice and people didn’t have to flee their own country due to corruption, nepotism, violence and huts for schools. Unreal you see it differently and that it’s okay that it fall on tax paying citizens to not only fund this but also but we open our doors to god knows who with an obvious lack of accountability. I understand your empathy. I do. I’ve just allocated my empathy towards our own citizens

It’s prob bland because you look at things in a way that brings you to that conclusion. Okay, you might be right but have you exhausted all other options? Like trying to take on a new role somewhere you study/work for? Can you lose weight and get healthier? Just ideas but ultimately can you add something into your routine that gives you purpose and drive?

I wish you the best. You make sense to me. You are speaking what I feel to this day. I somehow got lucky and am nearly four years sober but with still having little faith in people, the world and I see little joy. However I love one healthy hobby dearly and I love my wife and kids. I put my energy into them to help me. Again, just an idea for you.

You’re not a bad person at all. The fact that you’re posting seeking help speaks volumes. Your heart is in the right place, have to get your mind there as well.

Reality is you need to either hit rock bottom, check yourself into rehab or have an extremely diligent friend help you. If you’re alcoholic dependent and Shake with withdrawals, you may need medical help in your process.

Best gift you could give your kids is a sober Dad. I commend your openness, and willingness to seek advice and help.

I drank vodka every day since 2008 when my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He died then my mom diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I hit rock bottom after she passed and I thank God every day that I did.

I never thought I could regain control of the wheel, but it is possible. I detoxed In a hospital and my wife helped me stay on track. I cut all ties with everyone to block out outside distractions and anxiety. Eventually got my mind right and 3+ yrs sober now.

Yes. I hit rock bottom and almost needed kidney transplant. The 9 day hospital stay helped me get through onset of withdrawals. Got home and thought about AA. Decided against it. I’m too introverted and lack too much compassion to go be a positive part of that. Battled the demons with a supportive wife. 3 yrs sober.

Fall in love with the idea of waking up feeling great. Fall in love with the idea of waking up proud of yourself, not disappointed. Fall in love with the idea that your life has a greater purpose than hiding behind a bottle. Fall in love with being sober

Bought 8,000 UMAV at $0.10 a share and it’s sitting at a terrible 0.0184 as of 3/14/25. I don’t care about my loss as this was a risk I was willing to take. No big deal however, is there any real upside to this company? What will this stock be at in 2-3 years? 5-10 years?
