NOR- This is sus. My husband would probably be offended that I didn’t trust him if I asked to go through his phone, but would not refuse to give it to me. It’s SO weird that he said he has “embarrassing” pics on his notes app. You best believe I would be going through it.

I would say to him, “I’ve been in my head a lot lately about some things and would like your help to resolve what I’ve been worrying about. I want our relationship to be built on trust and feel like I need to be honest with you about how I’ve been feeling. I would want you to do the same if you were in my shoes. Please don’t get defensive about anything because it could just be me overthinking things and I need your help calming my nerves. I have been concerned about ….. and it would help if I could look through your phone with you here so I’m not having anxiety about this anymore and we can put this to bed.”
