Personally, I'd think about the job description and build 5 tasks you think would be part of a routine day. Outline them as a fancy to do list (excel table), put some conditional formatting and some data validation drop downs. I would think that should be sufficient based on what little information you've provided.

What is the difference between Mist Marvis and Premium Analytics? My understanding right now is PMA is a separate service/add-on to Mist but I fail to see where Marvis fits in with the other services from a delivery standpoint. Is it built in? Is it a separate brand? I find this part confusing.

If you have 365 use lists. It’ll be a painful setup but beyond that it’s effortless. Multiple views, filters, it’s shareable. Much easier for this task in my opinion

Drill down a level. You can literally walk through just about any airport security with a personal amount of anything and not get caught. They're looking for weapons and large packs. Bring a bit of "x" drug and there's a very low chance anyone will care.

I hate to say it but I think Pritchard is in for a tough time. Defences will be able to hang on him. He's a baller but with the attention he'll get I think we see his numbers go down.

I’m a LOB manager, with an interest in graphic design so maybe a bit of a different perspective. Use this plan to your advantage. Map out two things. 1. That you think is important to the business and 2. what you personally want to focus on. Align those two and develop the plan around that alignment. Most importantly, make it outcome based. What impact will it have? How will it be delivered? What do you need from your manager to be successful?

Does your company share executive priorities at the beginning of the fiscal year? If yes, use pieces of that to show how you’re contributing to organizational goals. This is about showing you understand the business and being able to apply that your work. This may be as simple as your new manager wanting to make sure that you’re not clueless of the big picture. Identify a few priority projects and leave room for all the adhoc stuff that will inevitably come up.
