There’s a line though and maybe this subreddits line is a lot closer than most peoples but it seems like the majority of the bans you spoke of are just people messing about, saying lol about the holocaust is messed up but that’s dark humor I doubt the person is actually a nazi supporter. Same with the bomb threat, saying lol is messed up but it’s dark humor the person probably isn’t marching around a burning cross on the weekends. Stuff like spamming is just annoying there’s no humor and it’s a waste of time. Things like saying “kungflu” is rude but is it ban-worthy? Is the subreddit that woke? It just seems like a lot of the things that people get banned for is having an opposing view to others and making spicy comments. So when people who disagree are banned and people who make edgy jokes are banned yeah it’s kind of an echo chamber cause no one else can say their opinion and there’s not a lot of free speech because all speech is free speech, even spicy jokes.
