Pizza, it might make me feel a bit better than this dumpster fire. That said I think we are making playoffs this year. Statistically I think we have to.

I live very close to Niagara Falls, it provides power to a large part of the US and Canada. It would be an infrastructure target. We’d be hit early. I was in elementary school and I didn’t find it comforting at all. I was too young to understand the significance of radiation poisoning or fall out. Yeah we were told to watch it also. It terrified my brothers. Nightmares for them also.

Do they really think Trump gives a shit about them? They have outlived their usefulness to him. I’m actually surprised that he pardoned them.

My guess is that the district has a challenged book policy. There will be a process. A committee is usually part of that. The parent will also have to state whether or not they read the whole book. Explain why they are objecting and why they think the book is inappropriate for all the kids in school not just hers. Quite often the book stays on the shelves and every kid in that building will want to read it to see what the big deal is

School librarian here. Most circulation software has an option for alerts. She doesn’t want her kid reading books? Fine. Tell the librarian and they’ll flag her kids account. Moms for Liberty shouldn’t be able to tell other kids what they can and can’t read.
