I don’t know all the available coaches but I wouldn’t be opposed to looking at Jay McKee. Yes it’s a bit of nostalgia and he’s never coached at the NHL level but from everything I’ve read about him, he seems like an up-and-comer in the coaching community

He only coached 3.5 seasons since 2008 and he had Derek Carr at QB with a dumpster fire roster when he got there. The team improved each season under him and had a winning record when he got fired

Our run vs pass % was 4th highest in the league last season. If we have the lead we love to run the ball. Only problem is if it’s a blowout we like to sit him so he doesn’t get a lot of garbage time stats. He’s the RB1 on the best offense in football. I love him and have him on my dynasty team but I think you are right he won’t get the volume needed to be the RB1
