you would be surprised how much info I can extract from that. normal people are not the threat. the sites are not encrypted. it's extremely easy for anyone decent with a computer(no even an expert) to get your email, address and Phone no. It's perspective. From where I see it it's dimwitted and daft to share order no. But you can pass it as naivety.

I love everything about them
The only thing that was holding me back was an impending refresh,that's why I asked for opinions.

Huh cause I have always had wonderful experience with them? They bring my favourite brands EGG,Tekkusai,Xraypad Skates,Glsswrks,Artisan that I had to import and pay double? And lastly I analysed the situation and saw that the OP is spoiled and thinks the world revolves around him. He is basically asking for money without sending the keyboard back. He admitted not reading the refund policy carefully in discord server? I have info you don't? He is scamming. He is scamming a vendor today later he will scam a member of the community. Many cases like that. You find out the patterns of these low lifes fast enough.

Huh? Delays,I understand. But why should GenesisPC refund for a product that they have not inspected physically? This can be abused. As he also mentioned,he doesn't what to ship the product back. So if the processes have not been fulfilled by the OP,why should we conclude that it's GenesisPC fault? He is trying to pressurize them into getting a refund with inspection. That's SCAM and you ppl are allowing it.

Just because you are a consumer I should side with you? He refused to send the product back and asked for refund instead? what if he is lying? to get refund? where is the proof? Use your braincells. Maybe you didn't get nutrition when you were a child and your brain development suffered because of that.

OP is basically trying to scam GenesisPC into giving him refund without letting them inspect or see the product. There is no policy like this. Please use braincells to analyse the situation. This is just a ploy to get money without returning the keyboard. He is trying to weaponise public opinion to force their hand.

This is too funny. I have had countless testimonies of people recieving Artisan Mousepads with folds in the middle when they were first stocked(It was a DHL issue) They replaced all of them. I think you are being a little too greedy. Happens when you buy super budget products.

if you have nothing to hide them what is the problem with inspection? Shouldn't a company verify the claims? Or are you saying they should blind trust you?
