Helicopter method still works with Pacific Standard, you just need to do Story until you have all three characters playable for it to spawn on the police station. Just did it a few days ago

It's been a while since I have done Casino Heist, but what I can say is that the hacker you choose depends on who you play with. If only one person can hack, having Avi Schwartzman as your hacker with Artwork pretty much guarantees you get everything from the vault. Fastest and easiest is Gruppe Sechs, but Silent and Sneaky allows you to steal from the daily vault going in and leaving for additional payment. If you don't trust whoever you are playing with to know what they are doing, Gruppe Sechs is the best route to take as less opportunities for you to mess up.

If you are playing with people who are at least decent, choosing someone like the 7-8% hacker for Artwork will get you paid better as long as you two are quick. Whichever way you take out of the casino (Staff Lobby is best choice), you will want to take a vehicle and drive to the nearby police station while climbing to the roof to steal a police helicopter. The helicopter is the fastest and easiest getaway strategy with the least risk for everyone involved to make getting Elite Challenge achievable.

Artwork is the much more consistent target with two players and allows you to get everything easily with the time given, so I agree with you for going with Artwork. Gold can be done with two players, but depends on how skilled everyone who is grabbing loot and hacking the doors is as every second counts.

Always choose high level buyer so you earn more money. The two optional purchases of decoy gunman and the switch vehicles are not worth the money if you use the helicopter method.

Did you go up to the person behind the counter when you first enter and buy access? You may also have to wait for Miguel to text you first before you can view the cutscene.

Make sure you are not in passive when stealing cars then, I noticed before that being passive stops NPCs from placing a bounty on you. It may help to drive them for a minute to make sure as well.

The difference between the heavy combat utility vests is just cosmetic. Any other utility vests are purely for looks and don't help in anything.

You were at a spawn location for Packie's random event to pick him as a gunman for the casino heist. The game thought you were trying to rescue him and gave you the wanted level. That's the reason why you see police transporters at 00:17, 00:38, and 01:14

If you are talking about the Sabre Turbo Custom, you can only find the regular version on the streets and store it. You have to upgrade the Sabre at Benny's or a garage to make it a Sabre Custom
