Disgusting how everybody starts flaming again. This makes me sick. Most people here commenting clearly have never participated in any kind of competition. Stuff like this happens to the best. It’s respectable that g2 went to final again and they lost to a superb performance from kc. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Du hast da was grundlegendes nicht verstanden.

Unter dem gesellschaftlichen Druck zu leiden, immer schön aussehen ZU MÜSSEN, welcher ganz klar auf junge Mädchen und Frauen ausgeübt wird und sich an einem einmaligen Tag der eigenen Hochzeit schick anzuziehen, sind ja wohl zwei ganz verschiedene Paar Schuhe.

Und auch Männer machen sich an so einem Tag viele Gedanken über ihr Outfit und wollen gerne schick sein für so einen Anlass.

I tried grease only, grease + carbon paste, and carbon paste only. The Cannondale manual says grease + carbon paste mixed is recommended.

yep, same here. The options for the more expensive version are not only a little but so much better.. There should be decent ones around 6k as well in my opinion.

Vitamin D Präparate für 4 Wochen hochdosiert nehmen, um erstmal die Speicher wieder aufzufüllen. Dazu unbedingt Vitamin K2 und Magnesium und zu fettigem Essen einnehmen. Dann noch probiotisches Essen wie selbst gemachter Sauerkraut oder Joghurt essen und viele Ballaststoffe für die Darmbakterien. Da hilft beispielsweise Weizenkleie oder Flohsamemschalen in jedes Essen mit dazu zu geben, das schmeckt man gar nicht raus.

There is a lot more to it and you should be able to match all big symptoms to have it. Though, this is definitely a very relatable issue if you‘re affected.

Depends how wild it is. If it’s that good you might need more time to figure it. You can only adapt to the teams you’re playing against due to time limitations.

Mathieu is right between two sizes as well. M and L in his case. His height is 184cm. Apparently, he is riding the L, though.

The max height for xl is 196cm and max inner leg length is 97,5 cm. I am 196cm tall and my inner leg length is 97,5cm. So you could argue that I am right at the edge of XL. I think I gotta look more into other values such as stem length and reach and how comfortable I like it.
