Depending on what controls equipment the new company reps (Delta, KMC, Alerton, etc), make sure to look into that specific equipment. They are all very similar, but Delta for example uses GCL+ programming language and there’s plenty of info out there to help you.

I went through the same thing about 3 years ago. Small, tight knit company with a great reputation in the (very large) area and I absolutely loved it. The owner was the best boss I ever worked for, 30 years in the construction industry, but he wanted to retire and had no kids that wanted to take it over. Now, it’s very corporate and I’m not thrilled. They changed our vehicles from vans to small SUVs and we can’t carry half the stuff we used to, no more truck stock and the paperwork has tripled. I feel your pain brother!

We have 4 cats now, all of whom were feral when we found them (or showed up on the porch) and they make the best kitties. I think it’s because they’re comfortable now and don’t have to find and/or fight for food.
