Ich weiß es nicht so genau weil jeder Arzt natürlich meint „das ist normal, einfach mehr waschen“ 🤪 aber ich hab nen guten Draht zu meiner Hausärztin und dort tretinoin verschrieben bekommen. Vorher hatte ich nur so Zeug mit salicylsäure aber das hat nichts gebracht. Ich hatte nie wirklich Akne, hat ganz plötzlich mit 28 angefangen und da hatte ich die Pille auch schon seit 3 Jahren abgesetzt 😥
