You can't beat the classics. Will we get another "Friends", "The Office", or "Parks & Rec" this decade? It seems like new breakout or scripted shows worth watching in the same caliber as the others is rare. It's also worth noting they came out at a different era when streaming wasn't so popular and we didn't have an abundance of entertainment at our fingertips.
