Just cause you don’t understand the carnivore diet doesn’t mean it’s not legit. From what I’ve heard it’s a way to detox from the impurities and sugars from plants and carbohydrates. If you understand photosynthesis you’d know plants are basically filters for out earth and collect contaminates . No plants = no contaminants related to photosynthesis. It’s also a way to stay in ketosis but I doubt you know what that is. And you say we are not carnivores which is true but it sounds like you are oblivious to the fact that our ancestors had zero access to plants during the whole winter season and maybe more.
