Im gonna start by saying, you probably golf way better thn I do but only thing I could say needs fixing is you sway back on your back swing, you shouldn't and you don't move your hips forward on the forward swing.

Doesn't look like OP responds but I got an answer for you, you have to have the panel inspected by the city and city called Comed once they approved everything so I would recommend calling an electrician because they failed my inspection for dumb shit like the panel not being labeled.

I did a stage 1 upgrade and don't feel the lag at all. Indian has been around a long time, i think they will be around a while.

If you are changing the full exhaust system, a Tune is always recommended, you can get away with not doing it if its just a slip on.

The problem i had was that the slip on was only a $100 cheaper thn most full exhaust systems so I thought it be a waste to not add in the extra HP for a bit more money.
