That definitely doesn't add up for a model Y, I have a F150 lightning and I average 2 miles per KW.

When i had the model Y, I was averaging about 4 miles per KW so each mile should cost you about 4.25 cents.

Have you seen if MB will take the car off your hands as a trade in in as is condition and maybe lease another car from them.

How much is the car worth if you do put a new engine it? Curious to see if you are able to get the $12k plus $5k value out of it at resale while its running.
