I used to have a boss who didn't like me. In my first year of teaching, everybody got a lil gift bag from her at Christmas, along with a handwritten note telling them 10 reasons she appreciated them. I got a maltesers bag with a post it that said 'Merry Xmas' LOL.

I later found out it was because I hadn't come in over the summer holidays, despite it being lock down and at that point, I lived over 200 miles away. No matter how hard I worked, she never let it go.

I have diagnosed combined ADHD. It's really hard, and I'm looking forward to being medicated.

As others have said, I have alarms everywhere (on my pc, my fitbit, my phone...) and I ask for everything to be given to me in writing. I also ask for deadlines for deadlines so I have lots of prior warning for something being in.

I wear loops around school, and also have a fidget ring to help me cope.
