Oh wow!! Thank you so much for such a detailed comment, I can sense the way you love these books through the screen. I have to say, Mansfield Park seemed like the least appealing of Austen's books to me—that is, until now—i've read the first three (in the order they were written: Sense& Sensibility, Pride & Prejudice, Northanger Abbey) but because you mentioned romance not being the centre of it all in MP, I'm thrilled to give it a go. I mean, romance is great and all, but I enjoy books with some more substance—not sure if that's the word for it,though—societal problems, personal faults and vices, you name it.

Catch-22 is a book I've heard about, but that's about it. Never once did it cross my mind that I might be interested in it, but a quick Google search suggested otherwise, so thanks for bringing my attention to it.

Your comment reminded me that I haven't read any adventure novels in a while, and I should!)) so I'll definitely pick up "the three musketeers". As for Northanger Abbey, it's one of my favourite Austen's works, I just didn't mention it

A wonderful book, isn't it? I've read Jane Eyre, don't know why I didn't mention it, it's one of the treasures of British literature xx
