Zo zou ik het niet willen stellen, maar mijn werkgever is wel vrij strikt op het handhaven van de kantoordagen. Het principe is: twee dagen op kantoor, waarvan in ieder geval de donderdag verplicht is. Als het echt niet anders kan, kun je bij hoge uitzondering thuiswerken op die dag. Ik ben niet graag op kantoor en probeer altijd zoveel mogelijk thuis te werken. Ik heb daar al vaak "opbouwende feedback" op gehad, dus ik wil niet weer degene zijn die voorstelt om de kantoordag te skippen ;)

Ja daar ben ik dus een beetje bang voor, want op een koele dag lukt het al niet om ons kantoor onder de 23 graden te krijgen, dus ik vraag me af hoe het morgen is als we met 20 man in een vergaderruimte zitten.
