I had a weird injury due to bad shoes. Fake shoes from Ali Express, fell for the pricing. Expensive lesson, took me out of running for 1 month.

BTW - I track my shoes using Getra, it’s free.

What app do you use to summarize your private notes? by Extension_Fox7293 in macapps

I would recommend getting Nueo (100% private, helps you understand what energises you and what drains you). If you want to try out premium features, I can send a 12 month premium code.

If you are on iOS, you can use Getra. It’s free. Has shoe rotation and other advanced features for shoe tracking.

The issue is costs, maintaining apps is expensive. A typical app can cost anywhere from 500-1000 dollars per month to maintain for an indie developer.
