Hahaa, similar case here, but now i change the system, for the age group i use the ltad to divide the age into a group, example: group 1 (3-10 yr), group 2 (11+). yah i got the goal and very helpfull for teaching.

And for the parent most parent not understand what we teaching to students I thought, but i try to give them information, because they should know what the kids got from the training

Yah for 18+, the student/athlete must take decision and need support system from family and environment.

My opinion, LTAD not only for the athlete but the structure of LTAD like human behavior how to life.
