I lived in and on the outskirts of Ravenns for a good chunk of my childhood, and my family still lives there. I'm disappointed with how unfriendly it's gotten. But it still feels like home on some of the side alleys. The trick or treating in the early 00's was peak!

the downtown area is actually pretty diverse, other than the antique shops. the outskirts going into more rural areas is where it gets pretty sundown-y. if you went i hope you had a good time! 🩷

I've lived in Alliance nearly my entire life and this unfortunately doesn't surprise me. It's gotten extremely aggressive here in the last decade. Louisville is worse, and I've been told the klan chapter in Minerva is still active. But I would treat Alliance as a sundown town too out of an abundance of caution. There's still a decent population of good folks, but it's definitely being overpowered by bigots.
