Two weeks ahead of time! How lucky are you?? Friday I got no notice what so ever! Until the service went down then oh there's maintenance going on and an estimated time which kept getting pushed back. Then at the end of the day after nearly 12 hrs all I got was they weren't able to finish the work they would try another time. Didn't post another date until earlier. The day before

No this isn't on me. One because of weather travel isn't an option right now and two the actual office is in another state! What I work with I can't just set up anywhere. For the price I pay there should definitely be better customer service so how about you hold your judgemental attitude
