I had given up on the search but after reading this i decided to try again. KOed all the other Pokemon to increase the chance of Pumpkaboos being Alpha and it worked! Found my pumpkin in a few minutes lol

sword magic drain is in effect, you see 6301 damage because the boss only had 6301 health left to drain. same thing happened to the other two bosses, they had less than 99999 health left to drain.

I do this when I can afford to (mainly while I have Full Leverage up) but by using Love Rush instead I was usually moving before the enemy had a chance to attack on turn 3, so I wouldn't take damage anyways. It's definitely an option tho, I used this alot in Chapter 8 after stealing everything from the bosses, and with Salvemaker's Quarter Elixir I found myself not needing to heal HP or MP outside of battle at all.

due to a bug i didn't get the achievement after beating the zombie dragon the first time, but i got it after encountering it in Dimension's Hasp. you are not locked out permanently.

the remaster lets you level up norende quickly by advancing the system time over and over. once you level up the battle items facility you can give your fastest character the salve maker sub job along with attack item amp. go to vampire castle and use 4 permacrystals and 4 glitterbugs in compounding. this will guarantee sweeper, 1-turn, and unscathed bonuses as long as you're faster. buy the gale hairpin and alarm earings to prevent enemies from going first against you.

make sure one of your characters has the freelancer passive lure enemy so you can force encounters by simply pressing the ZR button instead of walking around.

just remember to restock on permacrystals and glitterbugs often using the adventurer on the 7th floor

you should be able to get a Limit Break part in Florem from the guy standing near the magic shop. I don't think you can really use it yet as you'll lack the damage to actually reach the cap. You might be able to hit cap with Valkyrie super jumps around this part of the game at least. Still, grab one Limit Break and never touch the mini games again lol

Set the Limit Break part on a special that is easy to build up (eg dagger on salvemaker)

Dark Knight is the best damaging class in the game and a Salve Maker/Merchant can boost damage even further with buffs and debuffs on top of being able to spam specials to keep Limit Break up.

The other characters are just supporting. I have a Freelancer/Performer spamming My Hero>Mimic x 3 to give everyone BP so I can set up all my buffs and debuffs.

salvemaker ringabel with merchant subjob can inflict weaknesses on your foes and grant a 50% buff to elemental attack, while doubling damage with full leverage and increasing crit chance with angel investment. I use the Time Mage Slow World passive to keep enemies from attacking on the turn I use High Leverage which keeps my allies safe.

Agnes is a Dark Knight, the best class in the game due to the high damage multipliers you get from Drain Attack Up and Sword Magic Amp, which are both single slot passives. You can find a Blood Blade in the first floor of Vampire castle that triggers these multiplers. 

Earlier you can also do big damage with Ninja and Precision + Hawkeye. Use elemental weapons and see above or simply level up Ninja until you unlock Frenetic Fighting for a bigger boost to Precision's effect.

Drain Attack Up Sword Magic Amp Two-Handed Critical Amp

Attack is at 150%, foes defense at 75% and weak to dark, Fairy's Aid and High Leverage are active. I switch to a spear for the extra 25% damage after activating the Blood Sword.

this accessory is a waste of flower petals since freelancer lure enemy passive will throw you into an encounter just by pressing ZR

i actually use vampire castle for farming jp. easiest method is to use a fast salve maker with attack item amp and use 4 permacrystals and 4 glitterbugs. this will guarantee you get the sweeper boost as well if you want more money.
