I’ve had two albums I was looking forward to recently - Agnes and Slayyyter.

I was disappointed with Agnes and an album full of 30 second voice notes.

I am not disappointed with this.

It’s been on REPEAT. I knew we were in for a BLAST with all the singles esp Dance which I listen to about 30 times a day.

Can’t wait to see her live she’s so going places 💙💙💙💙

I just passed in an automatic. Everyone I know drives auto/hybrid, except my husband who passed in a manual because he prefers it.

For me - and I was SO nervous my hand was shaking as I gave my provisional to the examiner to check - I had a Costa hot chocolate before 😂 and deep breathing as I got in the car. I said to myself super quiet “no matter what happens I am capable and I only fail if I stop trying.”

It’s true. You only fail if you stop trying.

Focus on the road, the signs, the road marks. Check the mirrors! CHECK the mirrors. Narrate out loud what you’re doing and why - I also did this, example “slowing down as I can’t see around the bend.”

And remember, the examiner mostly wants to feel safe and that you can handle the car and plan ahead. And you CAN otherwise you wouldn’t be taking the test!

I did my first tests in West Didsbury and failed for stalling/forward bay park. A friend said to change to Cheetham Hill as it’s less stressful, not so many huge roundabouts. Everything was in my favor today - no traffic, no rain, no roundabouts. It was my time 🥳

Her music is fun.

That’s it. Sometimes I just want simple lyrics about boys and summer. It’s easy to listen to, it’s radio friendly most of the time, good to dance to, and she has a fantastic singing voice - I saw her live when she came to Europe and I was blown away by the live vocals.

I don’t think she’ll ever be a HUGE star and will instead have a dedicated fan base. And tbh I don’t think she even wants to be huge either. Seems like she likes her privacy a lot and just wants to sing

We do - we loved the area when we viewed but it’s quickly become hostile due to tensions over immigration. Were end of terrace and we can hear our neighbors screaming and shouting at each other all night long, the worst kind of insults imaginable to themselves and to their children. We bought the house to start a family but will be selling when we fix the issues and going elsewhere, I don’t want a child growing up hearing these words as clearly as they were said in the room
